Some right side base discomfort-burning next day
So, doing basic newbie routine (without kegels) 2 on 1 off. I was on my 6th session, and had been feeling the positive indicators, improved EQ etc. My next day was a rest, so I added 15 secs to each stretch and another few mins to the jelq since I didn’t feel I did a very good job the previous day and had a rest day coming up. All felt fine. Next morning, when I got hard felt some discomfort at the base on the right side. No marks, no pain, but usually when I get hard I’ll notice it in that same area just achy discomfort and maybe light burning. That lower right side. My stretching I only do up to the point where I felt like it’s a good stretch, nothing crazy. The jelqing however, I realize I shouldn’t have been going over 80-100% erection, I started trying to think through everything and realized I read it wrong and although I was usually prob at 80% max a few times I did go to 100% thinking that was the goal. I also noticed a thicker rib in the middle, and honestly veins I’d never seen, which seems to make sense if jelqing at that % is listed under a advanced technique and usually gives girth. Again, total error on my part, I’m usually pretty thorough just got the % mixed up.
Now, of course I stopped any PE, and have not touched it as much as possible, did a little heat first day, some ice the second. I woke up the third day and it felt slightly better, but an erection still seems to aggravate it. I got off real quick just so I would keep from getting erect as much throughout the day. I just want to stress even if I felt fine tomorrow, I wouldn’t start back to PE, I mainly want to try to figure out what I did and why I happened so that eventually I’ll know how to avoid it. So my question, any good guesses of what happened and what I actually injured/irritated? Typing this I’ve very aware of it, like a deep ache I almost feel like I should be able to massage out but can’t seem too.
And I have a natural lean to the left, not a curved penis just angled left, dad has it too so I guess its genetic. I’m curious if that means the left side has a thicker or closer ligament, while the right side has a weaker/thinner one? Which would mean if I stretched left I’d be stressing a already weaker/thinner right side? Whereas if I stretch right, I’d just be helping to stretch out the thicker/stronger left side. No idea if that’s sound, just seemed logical. If someone can give me some insight on this, that’d be great, so I can remove it in the future.
Thanks for any help guys, hopefully I’ve been detailed enough. I know most aren’t doctors here hah, but the forum is a wealth of information and experience, so I value anyone’s input.
