Somehow I can't get any results

Somehow I can't get any results

Hi everyone,

I’ve been doing PE for about 5 months with the main goal as gaining girth (length ~7”).
I tried different kind of exercises, jelqing, long pressure holds (Uli), Slow Squash, O-Bends but somehow, both length and girth aren’t moving at all.
My session takes about 30+ min, doing about 4 to 5 times a week and my D is swollen and I get a good plump after the session.
ED is ok, a bit better than when I started I would say but I do not get any increase.

So I’m trying to understand what I am doing wrong.
Maybe a lack of heat at the beginning of the session?
I’ve also tried stretching my tunica (bends, soft bundle stretch) to help with the girth but it doesn’t seem to help as well.

Anything I could be trying or should look into?
If anyone has a checklist of how to run an optimal session that would be very helpful.

Thanks

Think of results coming in 6-12 months.

Well, it’s common not to see results in the first 3-4 months ( especially girth ). But I think is wise to keep the same exercises for at least 2 months to see what happens, instead of trying a different stretching technique every week. I’ve heard from a lot of guys and vets about how heat is important too..

Rest days are something kinda personal, we have a “consensus” about what is probably more interesting, but this varies from people to people ( some guys do 1-1,2-1,2-2,3-1,3-2.),

Actual: ~5.5 Non-Bone Pressed Erect / 5.5 Girth Middle

Goals: +1inchNBPEL (6.5Inch NBPEL)

I was advised the same as solaire just mentioned, “heat is important”. It has made a huge difference in my workouts. Too early for gains yet, but I will say that before using heat, my BPFSL was 7” about equal to my NBPEL. After learning about and applying heat before and after, my BPFSL is now 8”. I’m not calling that a gain, but it definitely shows that there is a difference. My assumption now is that anything over 8” in the next 6-12 months is gain.

Start: BPEL: 7” MSEG: 5" | Current: BPEL: 8.25” MSEG: 5.75" | Goal: BPEL: 8.5” MSEG: 6"

1st Goal: 7.5" x 5.5" | Achieved: 01/15/2021 | 2nd Goal: 8.25 x 5.75 | Achieved: 05/19/2021

Thanks guys, appreciate the help

How do you personally apply heat? Is it permanent or just went starting the session?

I’m thinking of getting an IR lamp or rice sock, don’t know what would work best

What do you guys mean when implying “heat”?
