Soreness comes VERY easy to me. am I at risk?

I performed my very first jelquing session yesterday morning. The newbie routine says to do 200 strokes. I decided to take it VERY easy my first time, doing 12 strokes per hand. Did exactly 24 and then called it good. The next day I was sore, not terribly sore but enough to definitely enough to notice throughout the day. There was a tiny stinging sensation with the nerves as well.

I did not hot wrap and I will not make this mistake again. However I can’t help but feel like I shouldn’t feel this way after 24 strokes, when the newbie routine is 200?

Good news is I still got morning wood so no injuries from that session. What I’m wondering is if I get sore that easy, am I at higher risk? I’ve been very nervous about PE, hoping I won’t end up with a venous leak and permanent ED, and I don’t know if this is a sign or not.

When you are starting PE the 1st thing that you should care about is CONDITIONING.
This means that the intensity/volume/frequency should be the least possible.
As the WEEKS (not days) are passing by then you can increase things SLOWLY AND PROGRESSIVELY.

Never do the same mistake about avoiding heating. Heating not only protects u from injury but also makes your sessions more productive.
Your jelqing should be in erection level 50-70% and the grip should be so soft that should feel like you are only jelqing the skin and a little bit of the meat underneath

That’s a good description, I’ll be sure to go by that guideline. So obviously besides not hot wrapping.. I did the right thing? Starting low intensity? How many reps should I increase it by per day (or week if I should do it weekly)?

Starting volume : 8mins ( never measured reps)

Starting frequency : 1on/1off

Progression : After 1 month go to 2on/1off. After 2 months go 3on/1off and stay there.

Add 1min per week and never go for more than 25mins in 1 session. No need. I added 1,5cm girth in 6 months with 3on/1off 20mins. I never added intensity. Bigger intensity was taking me backwards.

Also every stoke should be at least 5secs. Slow and light won the race in my case at least.

In the past 3 attempts for months with more intense and fast strokes gave me zero.

Well, a whole lot also depends on how hard you’re squeezing.

You’re doing right approaching this cautiously and listening to your dick. If you don’t get any dark spots (caused by popped micro blood vessels) you should be good.

I’d skip today, heat beforehand and do the same tomorrow and gauge how you feel.
