Space Heater?

So I was going down a thread and seeing someone talk about jelqing in front of a space Heater, I really don’t know what that is, and what does it do for you, can anyone tell me about this exercise and what does it do? Thanks

Constant heat allows for more supple tissue. I’ve found using constant heat reduced the likelihood of injury and increased my results.

So how does this work, do you basically exercise in front of any regular lamp?

I used a space heater at first but it was horrible.

I now recommend an IR heat light.

As Titleist said it helps with expansion of your tissues and you should keep your dick heated throughout your routine.

If you decide for an ir lamp, remember to use an ir google because it damages your eyes.

Just buy a black IR bulb. It emits no light and since it’s pointed at your junk and not your face you’ll be fine.

I found an IR lamp to be very tricky. The distance between the lamp and my penis was critical; too close, and it was very uncomfortable. Move it 2” further away, and it didn’t seem to be doing anything. I found an electric heating pad, rice sock, or hot water bottle easier to control.

I’m kind of sketchy about this lol, wonder if it really works though

Being from Brazil, you probably don’t have many space heaters. They’re used to heat single rooms in cold climates. My heat source is an electric hair dryer. I set it on the counter and let it blow on my penis while doing my stretches. The constant heat during the routine is great. Like the others said, it helps with expansion and make the penis more pliable. Any one of the suggestions by the other guys here will work as well. It’s all a matter of preference and in my case, just what I had laying around the house.

Never thought about using a dryer though lol and you are right, here in Brazil we don’t have many space heaters, so I’m gonna have to make something up lol
