Spots!!!

i see little red and purple spots on my dick….17 of them to be exact…i had spots on it the month after i started pe in august…should i rest with the spots or work harder….happy thanksgiving

Id say take a fewdays off. and do a lot of hotwraps.there was also a recent post on this.

Perhaps you changed the duration or intensity of your routine and your member is readjusting like when you first started?

spots are normal for begining pe’ers but Id take the advice of taking a few days off

Are you using lubrication? If not, you should be. I only got spots when I dry jelqed - that ended really quick. Spots (even for beginners) mean that you are working too hard and potentially damaging blood vessels + you are not lubed enough!

In my opinion, lubrication is the best and safest way to go. Try Astroglide. A little bit lasts a long time and keeps you nice and lubed and is makes your PE session safe for your member’s ultimate health.
