With Mozilla Firefox, the term you do not understand you just need to point your mouse to it and in a few seconds a small box underneath the word will appear showing you the meaning.

Or else use the search button to find the meaning of each abbreviations.

Oh thank you, it works in Internet Explorer too. I guess I move my mouse around to much. I know I could search for the appreviations too, but I thought since this was thread was to help newbies that would be useful on this thread.

Hey all
I’m glad to see so many males are open about a problem that a lot of guys have but are too afraid to admit in person. I probably know some of the knowledge about PE technique but I have a lot of theories to test out about making the penis bigger from either things I’ve picked up about from other subjects or things I’ve picked up which is directly related to making the penis bigger.

But I can’t comment too much cause of my current health and the lack of depth which is on this site (I may repeat of what has all ready been said on this site) but hopefully soon I’ll be able contribute heavily on this site from my experiences. The main thing I can’t comment on is my penis size, due to it’s inconsistencies from it being 5.5 inches in length times by the girth of 5 inches to 6 inches in length and 5.5 inches in girth
(Maybe take 0.5 inches in girth away)

P.S. My grammar and spelling is very poor :( .

Newbie Routine

I have been trying the newbie routine for like a week.. Not even that really.. For like 4 days with a rest in between each day.. Just cause it worked out that way. I don’t always have privacy so I do it when I can. Anyways, my point is I already am noticing a difference in my PC strength and hardness and flaccid length. I’m not sure how you are supposed to measure when ur erect, but I’m at like 6.75 right now max. I’m trying to learn this PE stuff, and would appreciate any comments on where to being or what the best start with the best results for others peoples was.

You are supposed to measure BPEL, from the top, pushing the ruler against your fat pad so variation in % of fat will not make difference.

6.75 is over average if BPEL, is big if NBPEL.

You started with the best start: the newbie routine; see how works for you and raise the frequency to a 2 on /1 off if you have positive PI’s:
Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!
