Hello guys, I’m a 20 year old from the UK. My stats are actually pretty nice , the only thing I want is about 0.3 erect midshaft girth increase. Do I still have to do the newbie routine or will pumping be enough for 0.3 girth increase? (From 5,26 inch girth to 5.55)

You can’t predict pump results. Many people gain with it, but some people gain length, some people gain girth, and some people gain both. And there are little we can do about that, that’s individual and depends on body. Soft clamping might be better option if you want only girth.

You’ll never regret doing a solid and consistent newbie routine. Many get great results from that simple routine. You can always branch out from there.

Do you know any good threads on soft clamping? How long do you recommend the newbie routine before starting soft clamping?

BPEL: 7,6 inch NBPEL: 6,7

MSEG: 5,26

By soft clamping I meant light routine. For example, you can grip with hand at your base and hold for 1-5 minutes. For me that gives 0.25-0.4 inches expansion and probably with constant repeat that can give gains. Some people do clamping routines for 1-2 hours, but you don’t need such at all, you can probably do heating, 5-20 minutes of light routine, maybe one more heating and kegels at the end and see results after 3-4 months.
