I started PE a month ago, measured everything etc, measurements are also in my stats, super dedicated. Now my routine consists of 6 times a week manually stretching and jelqing, depending sometimes 20 minutes, sometimes 40 minutes all together. I seem to have gained .1 inch in length and .1 in girth, although to what extent those gains are actually there I can’t tell, maybe I just measured wrong in the beginning lol. Well anyhow, my actually problem lies here; when I jelq I usually close the ok sign as tight as I can and do the exercise at an 60-80% erect state. I am putting my maximum muscle power into this but I somehow feel my dick could handle a lot more, this goes for the manual stretching too, but it’s not that bad =) (don’t wana rip it out)

I have never had any injuries of any kind, when fully erect my dick is like a stone, and even though I’m quite muscular and strong, I’m just not sure if I am actually applying enough pressure with my ok sign for the jelqing to be effective.

Is there anyone that has a similar problem, or has anyone got any suggestions?

If you feel this is not enough pressure, you could always try and up your erect state, so the amount of blood in your member itself would be more, thus increasing the pressure you feel. I also have a similar problem, which is why I end up Jelqing at about 90 - 95% full erection. Just exercise extreme caution, this is a hell of a lot of pressure and there is a lot more room for things to go wrong. If it hurts stop.

Remember your warm ups too, people underestimate these so much.

Yeah I tried that too, pretty much at 98% erect state, jelqing as hard as I can, but this damn thing is like a rock, it feels like I can’t build the pressure up more, it’s kinda weird, it never hurts, neither do I have any injuries of any kind, it just feels like I can’t exercise this bastard properly.

Erect jelqing isn’t for newbies, guys. You could do yourself a nasty injury. Stay at around 60-70%, less than that if you’re going for length

Why don’t you try clamping? You seem to be ready for it.


Start: 6.9 BPEL x 4.9 (17,5 x 12,5 cm)

Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)

How much time do you spend jelqing? The recommended time for beginners is 10 minutes or 200 jelqs, but I think you are probably doing more than that.

Wet or Dry? Wet may not be enough stimulation, but be careful with dry jelqs (venous damage).

Is each stroke at least three seconds long? Does the glans expand noticeably during each jelq? If yes to both, you’re probably providing enough stimulation. Try not to jelq too much beyond maximum head expansion (level off the pressure once you’re there), but extending stroke time to 5 seconds may help to get the most from each jelq.

What sensations/physical reactions do you get post PE? I find that a good session leaves me with a relaxed/warm feeling in the loins about ten minutes after PE, but with no pain or turtling. I can repeat the exercise the next day, but usually stick to 5 on/2 off to ensure adequate rest time; PEing 6 days a week may result in no or slower growth. In fact, I’m thinking of dropping back to a 3 on/1 off just to be sure.

Hitch hicker I know exactly what your talking about. I came across it and I solved the problem in about 2 days. I want you to really understand what I’m saying and DO IT. It seems to me you must feel and it must be the same as starting to jelq with a rock hard boner. This is where your wrong. You should build the blood in you cock when it’s like 15 percent, and just keep pushing forward filling more blood in your penis. It’s all in your head think about what you want. So if you do start to get hard.stop.mabey 2 mins.or until you cool down.remember, it’s your body feel it out and once you get what I call a proper squeeze, where the end result is a huge boner sized, even bigger, soft penis.it is soft but huge.you will def. Be able to tell when you get it down. If I can’t get a good pump for some reason, which is very rare, I won’t even do it.

Thanks for the replies, haha to the car door, not so advanced yet you must know =D Yes I am a beginner to this, well a month now, but I used to have a lot of sex up until recently, no more girlfriend and I’m not the type for one night stands, so I decided to check other things out, such as PE. So my dick is already a little bit trained from that time.

To my routine; I usually wet jelq, or jelq with some oil (duno if jelqing with some oil is called dry or not) and I usually jelq for like 15 - 20 minutes, usually with an erect state of 70%. My strokes are between 2 and 3 seconds long. But I just feel that no matter how hard I squeeze my ok sign together (I do a lot of sport so I’m not that weak lol) and push all the blood up I can push up, it just feels like he is completely filled with blood, maybe just a tiny bit more than he would be at 100% erect state, but after a workout I don’t feel much different really, even if I squeezed the hell out of him =)

Jelqing at 95% seems to be no good at all whatsoever cause I can’t push any blood up, just can’t squeeze the damn thing.

Oh what I forgot, at the end I usually do like 5 horse squeezes (or horse404 or what they were called) 10 secs each, if I really press as hard as I can, I can see him expand a lil lol, yay

So I stay with the 70% routine I guess, but I just have the feeling I need more pressure somehow, kinda weird

So yeah clamping will be an option but don’t wana start it too early, even though I think myself I’m ready for it, but wana stick with the peacefull stuff for a lil longer =)

What you are doing are wet jelqs for sure (always involves lubrication). The total time seems sufficient, but perhaps the stroke time could be a little longer.

Come to think of it, I tried wet jelqs with the standard OK grip (thumb and forefinger) and found it unsatisfactory as well; more of a stretching exercise that irritated my urethra. Try changing the grip and perhaps adding another finger to gather more blood.

Personally, I squeeze with my little finger and thumb at the base (pressing against the scrotum), add the ring finger or even middle finger until the head is engorged (depends on erection level), pull up until the skin stretches near it’s maximum, then finish off by adding the middle and index fingers while releasing the little and ring fingers and adding a few gentle tugs, in more or less that sequence; more like a squeeze, but these are dry jelqs, so what works for you may differ. Total stroke time for me is five seconds.

Try experimenting with your grip, it just may do the trick.
