Okay, so now I’ve been on and off with PE for about a year. I’ve gained about 0.25” in length. But now I’m gonna stick with a routine for at least one month. Included warm up:

Mondays: Stretch up, left up, right up, down, straight out + helicopter once/direction. 30 seconds.

Tuesdays: Jelqing 50-60% erection.

Wednesdays: Same as mondays.

Thursdays: Same as Tuesdays.

Friday: Same as mondays:

Saturday and sunday: Reeest!

What do you think?

It is way to less exercise. Also when you do PE of and on, start with the newbie routine and stick with it for three months. Do this to condition yourself for advanced exercises.

Mhm. Jelqing before or after stretching? I personally feel that it’s better to stretch right after jelqing, because your penis is more soft/warmed up then. Does it matter in growth?

edit: 2on/1off or do you (Bird2 or anyone else) recommend anything else? And in which directions/how many times should I stretch?

Personally, I would jelq first when I aim for girth while I would stretch first when I aim for length. This because a stretched penis has less blood in it, so less erection level, and a low erection level gives you more length gains (20-40%). When you stretch first when aiming for girth it is harder to get to the 60-80% erection level because you stretched all the blood out.

Looks better, I would add the three times together to once/90 seconds each direction though.
