Starting my newb routine, just have a couple questions
10 minute warmup with heatpad and stretches in every direction. 3 sec kegels
200 jelqs with very little amount of lube. 5 second jelqs
5 min warm-down with 3 second kegels
Hello I’ve been lurking around this site long before I signed up for an account and I shall be starting this newbie routine tomorrow night. The reason why I chose to count.gauge my jelqs by reps not time because id rather focus on the quality of each each. As a noob I shud be pretty fatigue by 150/200 if I’m doing them right. Less is more lol.
But I have a question. What is better, wet jelqs or dry jelqs. It makes sense that dry jelqs might work better because of extra friction but since I’m uncircumcised,
Would that give me “turkey neck”? I think I’m just going to apply a dab of lube. Should I hold down my foreskin as I’m jelqing? And if I do see progress with my flaccid size, will it grow into the extra foreskin that I have?
Would I see gains in length or girth first with jelqing? Thanks for the help!
And when do you think I can apply the pump and hanger to my routine? Can I apply it right away or is it too soon? Thanks for the input.
