Hey Gang

Fresh bloke here looking to start on the road to decent PE.

After having a go at the newbie routine:

5min warm towel warm up.
10 -14 30 sec stretches (9 in bottom straight bottom right etc and crank stretch plus v stretches each way)
~150 -200 wet jelqs
5 min warm down via shower to wash off the lube + some light massage.

I’m gonna be doing this on 2 on 1 off if I can manage it with work schedule and social etc.
How long do you guys think I should keep this up before changing up some things and what should I change up after time?
I (foolishly) bought a bunch of extra equipment such as a bathmate pump, cock ring and size genetics extender (I have money to splash and didn’t come across this forumn beforehand).
When do you guys think I should incorporate this equipment and how much to use it etc?
Any other advice or things you guys have to offer to this newbie?
I’m starting off at 6” EL and 5” EG with about the same on stretched flaccid length.
Hoping to get to 8” EL and 6” EG with some patience and hard work.

It seems that you already have seen the newbie routine and most guys in here recommend to stick with it for at least three months there’s when you could start using the extra equipment you bought but I’m no expert in the matter. There are guys who start from the beginning with the things you bought but it may lead to some injury because the penis has never been under that kind of stress but it also depends a lot on the care they care and the way they use them - you can’t start running if you can’t walk.


You may say I’m a dreamer but I’m not the only one.

My advice is to start using the extender and follow the protocol given in the penis extender studies if you haven’t trained at all. All the other exercises are good too but I feel a lot may have trouble determining the level of erection and other variables that may affect gains.And also keep a journal of absolutely everything you do this is going to be a long journey.Remember you are part of a trial, there is no absolute evidence just experiences of what has worked.Just read a lot and good luck.

My issue with the extenders is that I have quite limited time I am able to actually wear it as I cannot wear it at work and I am often quite busy on my days off.

Would there be an issue with doing some casual extender hours on top of the newbie routine? Would I have some overtraining with this?

About time I think the minimum was 4 hours a day in one study.I don’t know if there would be an issue following a newbie routine in top, I don’t think so. About overtraining I doubt it with a noose type extender due to the fact that it becomes painful with time limiting the amount of time you can put in.
