Starting Routine Any advice
Ok so I started PE’ing again this week, after a couple months of slacking off. (I kinda got discouraged because I did it for a while before then with almost no real results) but I’ve been reading up on PE and effective exercises and came up with this daily routine that I’ve been doing for about a week..
1. Warm-up (5-10 mins)
2. V-stretches/Fowfers (10 mins)
3. Wet jelq (200 strokes)
4. Jelq squeeze (100 strokes)
5. Uli’s (100 times)
6. Plumped bends (20 times in each direction)
7. Sadsak slinky’s (20 times in each direction)
8. Warm-down(5-10 mins)
Is this a decent routine? I’d really appreciate some feedback. (I might post some pics later on after I see some progress).
