Ok so I started PE’ing again this week, after a couple months of slacking off. (I kinda got discouraged because I did it for a while before then with almost no real results) but I’ve been reading up on PE and effective exercises and came up with this daily routine that I’ve been doing for about a week..

1. Warm-up (5-10 mins)
2. V-stretches/Fowfers (10 mins)
3. Wet jelq (200 strokes)
4. Jelq squeeze (100 strokes)
5. Uli’s (100 times)
6. Plumped bends (20 times in each direction)
7. Sadsak slinky’s (20 times in each direction)
8. Warm-down(5-10 mins)

Is this a decent routine? I’d really appreciate some feedback. (I might post some pics later on after I see some progress).

I wouldnt advice you to do anything more than the newbie routine. Ulis, Pumped bend, sadsaks are all advanced exercises and should not be done untill your penis has throughly toughened up. Suggest sticking to the newbie routine for 3 months and then proceed with advanced exercises.

I wonder why most newbies jump to the advanced stuff? Dont you guys read well in the forum?

How long did you PE before you took the break? If you have done it long enough then you dont have to wait for 3 months with the newbie routine. Maybe one month of newbie routine would suffice. If you havent done it for considerable time then sticking to the newbie would be a better bet. Good luck

First stick to the newbie routine for at least 3 months. Then proceed with advanced stuff.

Here below you could find some comments about advanced exercises for when you have done the newbie routine for 3 consistent months:

Never do much Ulis. Ulis are very powerful and good for girth but doing 100 is way to much. I did only 10 Ulis, of 15 seconds long each.
Drop plumped bends and Sadsak Slinky’s. There are many other ways to gain girth which don’t include bending. Exercises like horses and clamping. The big problem with bending id that there is a high risk of injury. The other exercises don’t have that risk so I would choose for them.

I was on the newbie routine for a while (or a variation of it), but only got minimal (if any) gains, so I stopped for a while. The only results I saw were my veins showing through a bit more than normal, but that’s it. I was on the n00b routine for around 4 months or so.

Those couple of months off, which you mentioned in your first post, have made you unconditioned. You should do the newbie routine for 3 consistent months again to condition your penis. Otherwise you are very likely to fuck your penis up.
