Personally, I found the JP90 more strenuous on my penis than the newbie routine recommended here on TP.
So, I would not suggest starting with JP90.
In fact, it took some time for my penis to get accustomed to the newbie routine too. So, may be you can dial it down a notch to begin with and see how your dick responds to the stimulus. If all the PIs seem fine, then you can slowly increase the intensity of your workout. (Read about Physiological indicators here: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!)
Remember, there is no readymade routine that suits everyone. You need to closely monitor how your penis responds to the workout over the course of a few days and then decide whether you’re training too much, too little or just the right amount. (This is why focusing on the PIs is more important)
