Yo guys, so I was thinking of giving it a shot, I don’t want to (at least not now) to spend any money on it.

My stats are very bad..

I was wondering :

1) if someone can explain how and with what routine should I start?

2) what happens if you stop doing PE?

Newbie routine is good and some people continue to use that for years instead of few months.

Speaking about second question, that depends on person and how long you did before stop. If you did PE for month or few then gains probably are going to shrink partially or less often completely. When you do PE for half a year, then you should keep close to full size.

Ty, ireammber reading somthing about jp’90 or somthing like that a while back. Thought it was the go to for newbies. Is it still a thing?

There are so many threads on thunders that talk about newbie routines. The best thing you can do is just to read as much stuff on here as you can.


Started: 13 Dec. 2018 - 6.25" BPEL x 5.5" MSEG

Current: 13 Mar. 2020 - 7.25” BPEL x 5.75" MSEG

Long-Term Goal: 8.25" BPEL x 6" MSEG

Personally, I found the JP90 more strenuous on my penis than the newbie routine recommended here on TP.
So, I would not suggest starting with JP90.

In fact, it took some time for my penis to get accustomed to the newbie routine too. So, may be you can dial it down a notch to begin with and see how your dick responds to the stimulus. If all the PIs seem fine, then you can slowly increase the intensity of your workout. (Read about Physiological indicators here: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!)

Remember, there is no readymade routine that suits everyone. You need to closely monitor how your penis responds to the workout over the course of a few days and then decide whether you’re training too much, too little or just the right amount. (This is why focusing on the PIs is more important)

I was wandering, since I’m really a big grower, I get like 80% of my length only when erect, does that come to my advantage or disadvantage ?
