Starting routine
I´m going to start my PE now. So I read a lot of threads so I would now what this is all about. Finally I layed up a schedule that I thought would be nice.
Morning:
5min hot wrap
5min basic stretching(just for warm up)
about 100 jelqs
5min hot wrap
Before I go to bed:
5min hot wrap
The DLD blaster(Looks like a really good excercise)
5min hot wrap
What do you think. I want o be shure before I start, don´t want to risk the important part of mine =). Is this a good schedule for a newbie(I´m 18 years old).
