Hey, been attempting PE on and off for about a year now, but never really got any consistency going. Going to really give it a proper shot and stick with it this time. Just have one or two questions to ask first though.

1) Is it absolutely necessary to do stretching immediately before jelqing, or can stretching be done a few hours apart from jelqing? I’m asking because it would suit me better to have two shorter sessions as opposed to one long one.

2) I plan on using the newbie routine as it appears in the manual, however, I was wondering is it really necessary to increase to 600 jelqs over 6 weeks? Or maybe should I stick with 200 until I condition myself/start to see some small growth?

Any answers would be greatly appreciated!

1) I like to stretch first. I think it makes my dick easier to jelq. No it is not absolutely necessary. Many do stretching after jelq and in separate sessions.

2) The newbie routine is simply an example, a jump-off point. Everyone is different. Stick with the newbie routine for a time to properly condition your unit. Then start experimenting to find out what works best for you.

Hope this helps. Above all else, be consistent and stay motivated. It’s the only way you’ll see gains.

Along with a careful, structured routine designed with beginners in mind, it’s important that newbies start learning to “listen” to their bodies and notice what seems to be working and what’s not. I’d venture that the most successful enlargers here have carefully adapted their routines to work best for them.

Thanks for the replies guys, much appreciated. Just one more question: If I were to separate the stretching from the jelqing so that I’d be doing two separate sessions every day, is it absolutely necessary to do the warm-up for the basic manual stretches?

Stallionz, one thing I realized with PE is you don’t need to scrutinize every little thing. Just aim for expansion and a good stretch.

You can do what you like but I would recommend warming up every time before a PE session. It will be beneficial for gains and also prevent injury.

Make a rice sock and just throw it in the microwave for about 45 seconds and then hold it on your package until you feel warmed up, its really no trouble at all.

Splitting your jelqs and stretches is fine as long as you warm up before both. I would stretch before jelqing if you do split them up. Stretching is best done with your penis as flaccid as possible and jelqing will make it hang more full throughout the day.
