Few questions from someone just starting...
Just started PE’ing last week, been doing the newbie routine, roughly 200 jelqs a day. Usually 3-4 days on, one off. Before I get heavy into PE I have a few questions…
What is needed to cement gains? I don’t want to gain only to lose it again in the future. Is consistent PE the only key to cementing?
Are there any cases of shrinkage from PE? Such as damaging the tissue and ending up with a smaller size than the beginning size? Thats my biggest fear getting into PE, is ending up with a smaller unit then I began with somehow.
I notice sometimes that I hang well right after PE but after about an hour, it’s back to it’s normal self, sometimes even smaller flacid. I guess this is caused by alot of things such as stress, etc. and hopefully I’m not doing anything wrong.
