Starting to Hang today
Recieved my Bib starter last night and started to hang this morning. I’m easily hanging 5 pounds with no problem at all. Maybe its because I been stretching and jelqing for over 7 months so my penis is used to a stretch? After some research many say to aim for 10 hours a week. I’m going to go at my pace and feel it out to see if I’m capable of that (4 sets of 20 min) One question I did have was, when I put the Bib on, my foreskin is covering my penis so I feel the stretch slightly in my abs. Is this the right way?
