How long after starting PE can hang safely
Ok, I’m doing PE for a while, but started and stopped several times ..
Now I’m serious, dedicated, I’m practicing for almost two months properly. My training is:
5 ‘wrapping
40
JAI (2-2) sometimes stretching for five directions.
Static stretch five directions for 3 minutes each.
100 Jelqs OK, pulling up higher.
100 Jelqs Overhand pulling down further.
50 V to right Jelqs
50 V Jelqs left.
6 Ulis #3 30” each overhand grip on the base.
5 ‘wrapping.
What do you think of my workout? Too much or too little for beginner? I was thinking of taking the ULI, and focus more on long!?
How quickly is good and safe start HANG?? That’s my biggest question ..
