Starting with Jelq - Many doubts

Hello everybody.. I´m starting, 2 weeks, and feel real good.

Using for know only Jelq, but just found this Thunder Forum 2 days ago. And is really good have people to talk about it.
For now, I´m using jelq at bath, taking 2 minutes under hot water, then stretching my penis, holding, but I´m circumcised, and it slips all the time. Do for 2 min only and start jelq for 10 min. Now going to the 3rd week, I´m doing for 13/15 min. I was doing everyday, no rest. But looks that I need to rest, and another mistake is I always masturbate myself, so I need to stop, that´s gonna be the worst part. Specially at home, because I´m married and wife loves to have sex. I don´t complain.
So to start, I want to check the best way to do it.
What do I need to fix in my routine?
1 - Stay longer warming up - About 5 min?
2 - Stretch more than 2 min?
3 - Rest more, like 2 days jelq and 1 rest? Or another option? Like 3 days jelq and 2 rest?
4 - Take longer jelq? About 20 min or more?
5 - After finish, should I take about 5 min under warm water? Actually I do 2 min.
6 - There is any other thing should I do to get better results?

I see people saying that need to change after 3 to 5 months, like use stretcher, or some similar, If I do only jelq and stretch by hand, I don´t have results? Or take years and years to get some centimeters? Actually I have 5.5” or 14 cm size (you use BPEL correct?) and 5.25” or 13,3 cm (EG right?).

Forgot to say, my objective is go to 6.5” Size(BPEL) and 5.75” large (EG). Is that possible the way I´m doing? Should I improve more?

Personally I would do as follows:
Month 0-3: Newbie routine
Month 3-6(or12): Extender plus jelq
Month 6 ( or 12 )onward: Extender+Gauged Air pump+ Jelq+Clamp

Edit: Yes your goals are realistic over 1-2 years time.


BP x MEG: 7.0" × 5.0"---> 7.6" x 5.3" (2022-2023)

Next Goal: 8.0" x 5.5" (Next deadline: July 2024).

Extender: 1.1k hours (4/4/2024). Goal: 3k hours.

Ok rinnegan870, I do my best, starting today basic.
Doing:
5 min hot water
5 min stretching
15 min wet Jelq
5 min hot water.

I see you´ve got some increase in your BPEL in only 1 month? Are you doing the newbie routine?
In 3 months I come back with measurements. And I´ll try to understand what is an extender. LOL.
