Still not sore

I have been stretching and jelqing for three weeks now and I’m still not feeling sore. Am I doing something wrong? I mean like not pulling hard enough? I am noticing some vein engorging with my penis flacid and erect. And I have some darkening of my shaft but I’m not feeling any soreness after the workouts. Should I start going at it a little harder?

I don’t know what the other guys will say, but let me put it this way Pain is BAD! Its probably a good thing that you aren’t feeling sore, that means there is a possiblity you are doing something wrong (the soreness is a sign of). It sounds like your unit is showing signs of good things, don’t fuck it up.

Well don’t get me wrong it’s not like I was looking to cause myself bodily harm or anything. It’s just that I’ve read posts where it talks about feeling sore when you’re done. And I thought maybe, not feeling the burn, I was doing something wrong.

Hi jose,

You know I used to mention many times that “No pain no gains”, but it’s not exactly about being sore after workout to get gains. You have to measure the force to stretch your penis and how tight your OK grip to do jelqing.
It’s really hard for us to tell if you are doing right or wrong… You got what I mean?
Anyway, numbness might not make you feel the pain, so be careful that it’s not your case.

You could try stretching with more tension (just a little bit more,OK?) and see if you feel something different.

You don’t need the soreness do gain, for some members it is an positive sign, for others it is a negative sign. Just continue what you are doing now and see if it gives you gains. If, after a couple of months, you didn’t gain you should get a different routine.
