I’ve been using an ads that uses a piece of tubing to secure the penis in place to stretch but it always cuts off the circulation to the tip of my penis. And if I loosen it up I slip out and that defeats the purpose. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Is the piece of tubing used as a noose? If so stop using it immediately. Noose devises, whether ADS’s or hangers, have the potential to mess up you penis for good. No joke.
