Strecthing without much gains.
So I’ve been doing manual stretching, including V and inverted V stretches, for about 2 moths now. I gained early on but it seems like I’ve stalled. Any suggestions on how I can get back on track. I started at 14 cm (5.5 in) and I am currently 14.5 cm (5.7 in) and my long therm goal is 16.5-17.8 cm (6.5 -7 in).
