Stretch Too Hard Or Too Often?
This is a topic ive seen afew conversations about… im curious if manual stretching/extending can be over done to the point where it does not promote growth….. alot of people say that length excercises are different from girth exercises…. example is people use an extender for 4-6 hours a day or hang 6-7 days a week but it is commonly accepted that girth should be a 2 on 1 off schedule also i know for a fact if i jelq to much or too hard it is not good for me…. does anybody have some input about stretching?
