Stretch Too Hard Or Too Often?

This is a topic ive seen afew conversations about… im curious if manual stretching/extending can be over done to the point where it does not promote growth….. alot of people say that length excercises are different from girth exercises…. example is people use an extender for 4-6 hours a day or hang 6-7 days a week but it is commonly accepted that girth should be a 2 on 1 off schedule also i know for a fact if i jelq to much or too hard it is not good for me…. does anybody have some input about stretching?

Hey titlleist so im approaching my 3 month mark in a week or so…. the first 6-8 weeks of PE i was so happy i gained .3 length .1 girth only using the newbie routine… the past 3-4weeks i have not made any gains really and am curious about what i should do…. i was thinking adding hanging or extending which ive been doing the past few days and my eq is very good or possibly doing some variation of the newbie routine any thoughts?

OK, I’m taking your question literally and directly, and I will say no. I don’t think that overstretching or overextending will cause regression (though it may result in temporary shrink-back). Indirectly and non-literally, yes it might not promote growth because of peripheral events, namely injury. There’s psychological burnout, too…

My thoughts are leaning towards doing longer manual exercises before resorting to any kind of device. As you suggested.

The fast gains you have seen makes me think that you are on the right track. I’m guessing that you had gains shown through increased EQ. Which is a great thing.

PE gains cannot usually be measured in weeks. It’s a long process. So stick with what your doing if it’s working and slowly add time and tension.

Keep your exercises comfortable and your EQ high. By doing this you will see great results with a healthy happy penis.
