Hey guys,

I’ve been doing PE for 5 months now and have gained 1 inch in length ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€ WOOHOO!

No girth gains as of yet but man am I excited about my length gains.

Let me tell you that constant heat works like you wouldn’t believe. I warm up for 10 minutes with an IR heat lamp then I do manual stretching while still in front of the lamp and you can definitely feel the stretch. So for all of you who are having a hard time with length I highly encourage you to use constant heat. It works like magic.

I hold each stretch for 1 minute. I do straight out, to the right, left, straight down, BTC, then straight out again, and straight down again. That’s it.

I just bought one off amazon for cheap I can’t remember how much it was but it wasn’t expensive like 20 bucks or something. It’s supposed to be used for a reptile cage I think.

Does anyone else notice something like sunburn on their unit after lots of IR? It’s not really sunburn, it’s just the skin getting very dry just like after a sunburn.

Not really. I jelq right after I stretch and I use olive oil so maybe that’s helping with the dryness.

Bump this. I do very simple 60s stretches, and while I don’t always do it under heat, I often use a heating pad for constant heat. The heat definitely adds a positive element to length gains.

I think 1 minutes stretches is way better than the 30 seconds everyone suggests. When I was doing 30 second stretches when I first started I felt like it was doing nothing. I got ballsy one day and tried it for 60 seconds and in the first month I gained 3/8 of an inch. I was sold after that.

But that’s just me I’m sure 30 seconds is good for a lot of people just not me I guess.

Did you increase the total stretch time during your workout? Or did you keep the same stretch time but with longer pulls?

Example: Let’s say you used to do 6 directions and 30 second pulls. 4 stretches per direction would be 24 stretches total. That would be 720 total seconds stretching or 12 minutes of time under tension.

Did you condense the 24 stretches at 30 seconds each down to 12 stretches for 60 seconds?
