Stretched Skin Under Glans From Stretching Technique

Hey guys. I know this may be considered an injury type post, but it is more cosmetic than a functional injury. I also have a question about manual stretches related to this, and that’s why I’m posting in this category.

I always do some manual stretches before my Jelq session. I grab the penis in the standard OK grip just under the glans, and stretch against the left thigh, right thigh, and straight out. I do kegels while stretching in these different directions. I always warm up for about 5-10 minutes with a heating pad before stretching and Jelqing. Last night, a few hours after exercising, I noticed that the place where I hold my OK grip has been squeezed in, and the skin there has been stretched tight. All the previous skin that used to be there has been moved down and is looser, to make room for the stretched part. I am circumcised, so to have a thinner part of the penis, where the skin is tightly stretched, with the rest of the penis skin being looser, is really unseemly. I liked having a consistent skin look and feel throughout my shaft, but now I have this. It’s not too bad, and you can’t really tell when I’m erect, but it is really bothering me when I’m flaccid. My girlfriend of many years also really likes the way my penis looks; not necessarily in size (she says she is happy with my size though), but in coloration and shape. She also likes the ridge on the head of my penis, as it’s actually decent sized. This skin issue has made my head look smaller as well. I’m worried that PE is going to change the way my penis looks for the worse, and ruin one of the only sources of pride I have about my completely average sized dick (5.5 x 5). I am really afraid this is permanent, as skin doesn’t typically go back to normal shape on it’s own.

I also wanted to know if I can grab a different part of the penis to stretch it, so that I don’t have to continue grabbing the same spot under the glans. Since the goal is to stretch the ligaments close to the base, can I grab the majority of my shaft with my whole hand and stretch it out? This way the area under the OK grip that I’m pulling out from isn’t getting uneven stretching and pressure, which I think is what caused this. If this is the only way to manually stretch, then I might just stick to Jelqing, pumping, and other exercises that don’t require so much pulling of the skin. I am honestly afraid to continue at all, and may just stick to my average size and positions that emphasize deeper penetration for life. My girlfriend, assuming she’s honest, is happy with how things are, so all PE gains were just supposed to be bonus - but if what I’m doing is going to actually decrease my penis attractiveness.. Yeah, I don’t know if it’s worth it guys. I’ve really enjoyed the increased erection strength, and I have faith that I may grow soon, but this has certainly scared me. Any answers about the manual stretching or advice on the skin issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
