Stretches over jelqs

Hi.

I’m currentlu doing the linear newbie routine, like 2-3x 30sec stretches and about 110 jelqs 2 days on 1 off. I was wondering how can I focus more on length? Should I focus more on stretches, do more? Are stretches safer than jelqs? I understand that jelqs can be very dangerous, but are stretches safe?

Also, when I started stretching, I coould do them with very little pulling force, when I pulled just a bit harder, I would get aches after that last for 1-2-3 days. Now I can stretch much more and everything is okay. Should I take that as a good thing, that I’m making progress?

I’m no expert by any means, but I can tell you what I have been doing and it has been working very well for me. I do manual stretches every time I pee and before and after every session, so probably 7-8 times a day I stretch in every direction twice for 20 seconds each way (up, down and each side). Then I also do 400-700 jelqs a session along with edging without cumming about every 100 jelqs. For the first week I started with about 100-200 jelqs a session and built up from there. I have only been doing the edging with no cumming for the last couple of weeks and although I’ve had a couple of mishaps I have tried to save cumming for when having sex with the wife. So I would say, stretch as much as possible, work up to 500 to 1000 jelqs a day (I do a reverse grip, getting as close to the base as possible and try to make each stroke last about 3 seconds) and 2-3 edging sessions with no cum for about an hour per session. I have averaged about 1.5-2 rest days per week. My eq and stamina has been amazing! I have felt fatigued but absolutely NO PAIN. According to everyone here, pain is a sign to rest.
