Hi,

I know it’s mostly a question of lazyness but I would like to cut my PE sessions since I think 30-45min in a bathroom is really long.

I was wondering if I wet jelq directly without any hot wrap and stretches would that affect my gains? What would it change?

It’s worth the extra 5 minutes to warm the tissues.

Like any other warmup, without it you increase the risk to damage yourself.

But the stretches and hot wrap are they stricly to warm up or can we make any gains from it?

Is there a more convenient way to warm up? I’m a truck driver and a lot of times I don’t have access to a restroom that is private enough for me to stand at the sink and wrap a warm washcloth around my junk. :P

Ookla; I use a combination of a towel and two ziplock bags, wet the towel, put it around your penis so that it’s just one ‘layer’ of cloth around it.
Put the bags filled with REALLY hot water around it (the cloth will help you not burn) and just wrap the rest of the towel around the whole package.
I guess if you fill everything up and get it ready, this should work. The heat usually stays in the water for a rough 15-20min if you let them rest against each other inside the towel (they help each other keep warm).
Efficient and discreet, mind for the huge bulge a towel wrapped around waterbags makes in your pants.

Mickey; To increase your chance of gains you really should warm up. Because without it you might injure yourself, and that leads strictly to no gains or actually healing up shorter then you really are.
It relaxes the tissue when warming up/down and you’d rather want a relaxed penis healing up then a turtled up little guy licking it’s wounds.

Try a hand warmer and a wash clothe or something along those lines.

If you’re talking about those disposable hand warmers in the orange foil package be careful. If the little tea bag breaks it could lead to blisters.

I would suggest you buy one of those $12 clay-filled heating pads. You could heat it up in a truck stop microwave for 90-120 seconds and it stays warm enough for ten minutes.
Besides that I have experimented with warming ointments but they aren’t worth the risk of damaging the skin. If you’re willing to fork over the $7 or so you could buy a MRE that comes with a catalyst that heats up to 150 deg with water and use a rag with it.I would like to find some disposable crush&use thermo gel packs for cheap anyone knows.

I jelqed one time without warming up or stretching. OWWWWW! Hurt like a mother even for my well conditioned unit.

hmm.. maybe that was an uli with no warmup that hurt like hell..

Eh, I found that a warmup before I JELQED made the session horrible. It turned my dong into a soggy noodle that wouldn’t respond well. Now stretching is another story. Warming up before stretches made the session 10 times better.
