Ookla; I use a combination of a towel and two ziplock bags, wet the towel, put it around your penis so that it’s just one ‘layer’ of cloth around it.
Put the bags filled with REALLY hot water around it (the cloth will help you not burn) and just wrap the rest of the towel around the whole package.
I guess if you fill everything up and get it ready, this should work. The heat usually stays in the water for a rough 15-20min if you let them rest against each other inside the towel (they help each other keep warm).
Efficient and discreet, mind for the huge bulge a towel wrapped around waterbags makes in your pants.
Mickey; To increase your chance of gains you really should warm up. Because without it you might injure yourself, and that leads strictly to no gains or actually healing up shorter then you really are.
It relaxes the tissue when warming up/down and you’d rather want a relaxed penis healing up then a turtled up little guy licking it’s wounds.
