STRETCHES without warmup?
Hey everyone!
Is it absolutely necessary to warm up (and down) before doing manual stretches?
I’m doing the newbie routine for 4 weeks now. Thinking of doing some additional stretches over the course of the day to further impose stress, but having to warm up/down for 5 min each would make it a bit more difficult, especially if I wanna do these stretches while being at work : _ )
