Hi guys, just finishing my PE session this morning and doing my stretches.

Now, stretches are very difficult for me because I cannot maintain a grip behind my glands, my hand always slides up and crushes my glands making it discolored and causing the foreskin to ballon up temporarily with fluid.

I have tried using a piece of toilet paper but it just tries out the skin and makes it more uncomfortable.

This morning, I took my penis and yanked it to see how the resistance felt. There is a very definite point at which the shorter side of my curved penis stops it dead from going any further at all. There is no leeway or give in it.

I am just wondering from others what happens when they stretch. By that I mean is the resistance to stretching gradual, or is there a definite “stop” point at which it is impossible to stretch it any further?

My primary goal is length, I want to gain .5” and get to 7 inches so stretches are an important part of that.

Are you cut? Im uncut and i have a problem maintaining grip, pulling the foreskin back and gripping under the “ridge” of the glans helps also talcum powder (baby powder) helps grip.

I have what id say is a stop point and i feel like the underside of the penis could go further but the top wont budge, makes sense considering i curve upwards id say some of the initial gaind are the stretching of that tight tissue thus a reduction of curvature is sometimes observed, heat supposedly helps immensley so try a space heater or ir lamp and stretch whilst applying heat because heating beforehand which is my method doesnt seem to add much elasticity.

I am uncut. The ridge is what my hand slips over. Perhaps I will need to buy some talcum powder but don’t like the mess. Maybe I shall buy an IR lamp, not sure if it is worth another piece of clutter in my bedroom yet!

The V Grip

Try this grip with toilet paper. Always pull your foreskin back and grip at the glans. Put your glans between the space of your index and your middle finger with toilet paper.

So that’s a V grip! I couldn’t ever picture it myself, that is definitely effective looking. Edit: Tried V grip, still hurts the glans and foreskin a bit but not at much, I’ll definitely be using the v grip from now on, more effective and powerful than a regular grip. Gotta love Thunder’s!

That’s very good. Keep practicing and with time you will develop an iron grip, just stick with it.

When I say that you have to grip at the glans i mean not directly at the glans, but just under the corona.
