One thing I noticed is that I’m probably jelqing too long, because my short term goal is length, but my girth has increased more so. By doing what I’m doing for the length of time I’m doing it, I’m also preparing myself for more advanced techniques when the newbie gains stop.
My belief in the length of time I stretch is similar to the reason why traction devices work. You have to use the traction device for long periods of time (at least 2-3 hours each day). I believe the same would be true in stretching, so I stretch for longer periods of time.
The other thing I noticed is that my cock can handle 3-4 minute stretches at full tension without any problems. The hardest part is maintaining that tension for the time period. I recently ordered a traction device and believe my routine will help make the adjustment to wearing this device much easier.
I also recommend doing BTC’s as often as possible!!! I should keep track of the amount of time I do BTC’s each day. Heck, I’m doing a BTC right now!
