I’m wondering what is most important after one had some experience with pe:

In STRETCHING EXERCISE is the DURATION most important or is it the POWER?????

I do 9dir x 3 times x 1min, is that too long?

Should I cut it to 0.5 min but with more power?

What gives you the best gains?

I would say duration is the key.

If your fingers can hold, try 1,5 min x 2.

Stretch to the FSL, but stop if your feel hurt.

I’m doing a modified newbie routine (2 full months into PE) by stretching for 3 full minutes in each direction. I take PE very seriously and never miss a workout (and I hate “off” days!!!). Last night, I increased it to 4 minutes, but will most likely stick to 3 today. I apply as much tension as my dick allows at this point in PE, but I wouldn’t recommend that to someone just starting out. Like many members have said, your cock will tell you if your going overboard too much. My cock tells me that 3-4 minutes per stretch with full tension is just fine.

Just a warning to you, guys: I always put a lot of power and duration in my exercises. I´m having a good response but there´s always a side effect: I ended up with a LOT of discoloration. Even doing the hot wrap 10 minutes after and before.

So.. Beware!

If I stretch with too much power and long duration, my dick just can’t get erect after that, and I think it’s not good for my dick.

Nadashyguy, do you notice anything better on this way of stretch?

One thing I noticed is that I’m probably jelqing too long, because my short term goal is length, but my girth has increased more so. By doing what I’m doing for the length of time I’m doing it, I’m also preparing myself for more advanced techniques when the newbie gains stop.

My belief in the length of time I stretch is similar to the reason why traction devices work. You have to use the traction device for long periods of time (at least 2-3 hours each day). I believe the same would be true in stretching, so I stretch for longer periods of time.

The other thing I noticed is that my cock can handle 3-4 minute stretches at full tension without any problems. The hardest part is maintaining that tension for the time period. I recently ordered a traction device and believe my routine will help make the adjustment to wearing this device much easier.

I also recommend doing BTC’s as often as possible!!! I should keep track of the amount of time I do BTC’s each day. Heck, I’m doing a BTC right now!

This feels like an Abbot and Costello routine! While both may be similar, they’re both different. I should have said fowfer, because that involves sitting on my unit versus standing with a BTC stretch.

I guess a sports analogy would be found in the difference between a two-seam fastball and a four-seam fastball. Both are fastballs, but the grip on the two-seam fastball is different than the grip on the four-seam fastball, as are the “grips” of the fowfer and BTC Stretch. The grip with the fowfer is your ass cheeks while the grip with the BTC is your hand.

Similar, but different.
