I have never had any length gains and I can always pull the hardest and do any stretch no problem over the course of 4 years.

Could it come down to a gripping issue?

I pull the skin down and then grip below the glans correct?

I am also uncircumcised and I think the best is to pull the skin back and have some toilet paper cut in rectangles so you put it right below your glans and then you grip over the toilet paper, this way you can stretch your penis with a firm grip and no more problems with skin. I hope this helps you as it helped me.

When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine
