Stretching help needed
Hey, what up fellas? I have been doing pe and newbie routine for about 2 months now , but I’m not sure if I’m stretching properly. Would anybody please help me? When I do manual stretch left right down up left and right , I was wondering if you grab your glan or you grab below your glan to get a good stretch? Where is the best place or area to get a good grip ? BY THE WAY I’M UNCUT, SO I’M NOT SURE IF THAT WOULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE!! PLEASE ANY HELP FROM THE VETERANS OR ANYBODY!! Thanks
