stretching help please
First off this site kicks ass!
I’m new at this so bear with me. My LOT is at 7 so I know that I should go after the tunica instead of the ligs. I’ve been trying to read a lot, and it seems tham most of the stretches are designed to hit the ligs. With a LOT of 7, what are the best stretches for me to? Also, would hanging be a better option? If so, how would I make a hanger like bib’s?
