My main goal now is length. I have decided to do the 2-on/1-off routine for now. I was thinking about following my routine, except for doing some light-medium stretching on my off days. Anybody got experience doing this?

Regular Routine - 2 days on
5 min. Warm-up
5 min. Stretching (Up, down, left, right, and helicopter stretch)
200 2-3 second Jelqs
5 15-second kegel exercises (get erection and press it parallel with floor while contracting PC muscles)
5 min. Cool-down (with hot towel)
Just before bed, I also do some more light stretching.

Off Days - 1 day
5 minutes of light stretching

Any suggestions on adding light stretching on the off day? Also any great stretch in general would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Extra Info: I’ve been doing this for about a month so I am still a newbie. No real gains yet except for much harder erections.

Hey dude!

In an advanced state I’d even recommend light exercice on off days. I can only speak for myself, saying that I’m gaining nicely atm by not taking the complete day off, but doing some 30 min light stretching and or a few hours of ADS. 5 mins of light stretching can’t be a false thing, I’d say.

In your case, I’d slowly up the stretching to 25-30 mins, jelqing to 20-25 mins at light to moderate intensity, maintain this routine on a consistant basis for at least 4 months, and gains are nearly inevitable. My personal point of view is that the most conservative newbie workout (30mins stretch, 30mins jelq, 5 on 2 off) as it was described on many websites for 50 bucks, is still one of the most efficient methods to make the first gains.

For best results I suggest to stretch daily for as long as you possibly can. Stretch after warming up and when your tool gets so dry and lifeless use some “Vaseline” on the whole thing and grab it with a soft tissue and continue stretching. Increase the intensity of pulling over time.

I just added another .25” which makes my BPEL 8.5” but what I mostly care for is cementing the gain. I used to be less than 6” when I first started.

First off, thanks for the answer. Secondly, I am basically your exact starting size, but I hope to get to around 7-7.5 NBPEL. My questions for you are: how long did it take to get where you are now, and could you possibly show me your beginning routine- including what stretches you did and how often you stretched outside of your regular exercise? Much thanks.

Luckily, my newbie gains were incredible. I gained around 3 full cm in length during my first three months of PE’ing. I started with 10 minutes stretching and 40 minutes jelqing. My gains been slowing down ever since I made these newbie gains. I’m now struggling for every little gain lol.

My routine is nothing special. The first 6 months I used to stretch for 10 - 15 minutes 3 times a day ( stretching in all directions but mostly upwards towards my belly button ) and then wet jelq for 40 minutes at %60 - %80 erection level. My routine is very different now. I stretch crazily for as long as I possibly can ( never less than an hour per day) and that’s a very effective method so far for length gains I would say. I made good gains using this method. It made it jump from around 7.25” to 8.5”.

I rarely jelq now because my main aim is 9” BPEL and I believe that once you gain your first .5” in girth with jleqing it becomes ineffective. I’m considering clamping next.

Your length goal seems very realistic to me. Just keep at it and never give up. Genetically our bodies could be different aned PE’ing invloves alot of other factors too. But I know one thing man even if I made zero gains I would still be stretching as crazy looking for gains. Determination is the key and patience is the door handle.

No, no warm up, as they’re only light stretches, not intense ones. Having said that, for the record I don’t warm up when doing my “routine” stretches either.


Current PE status - Contemplating Retirement. STARTED - 6.75"x5.25" CURRENTLY 7.5"x5.5" - BPFSL - 7.25"

I think warming up is necessary to stretch the ligs and tunica. My penis seems to responds better to the pulling when it’s warm and ready.
