Stretching on off days
My main goal now is length. I have decided to do the 2-on/1-off routine for now. I was thinking about following my routine, except for doing some light-medium stretching on my off days. Anybody got experience doing this?
Regular Routine - 2 days on
5 min. Warm-up
5 min. Stretching (Up, down, left, right, and helicopter stretch)
200 2-3 second Jelqs
5 15-second kegel exercises (get erection and press it parallel with floor while contracting PC muscles)
5 min. Cool-down (with hot towel)
Just before bed, I also do some more light stretching.
Off Days - 1 day
5 minutes of light stretching
Any suggestions on adding light stretching on the off day? Also any great stretch in general would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Extra Info: I’ve been doing this for about a month so I am still a newbie. No real gains yet except for much harder erections.
