I go 2 ON/1 OFF and every other off day I do stretches.

When I did a lot of hanging my days off were my days off. When I was doing a routine using ADS I pulled my pud everytime I went to the bathroom.

I take a total break, except for wrapping, which I do every day for 10 hours. But like you probably saw, there is no a single answer that is the same, it is more a personnal preference, depending if it is working for you.

Total rest is always a good thing, but I only do that for 2 days every month. Some of my best stretching days come on weekends.

No dick-pulling on off days. I am on a strict schedule and do not improvise at all any longer.

I really am convinced that days off are just an opportunity for the body to heal and make stronger tissues. Say what you will but that is the way it works. When you look at the African tribes that use rings around a girls neck they don’t get that way from taking breaks. They wear them all the time. Consider doing some sort of PE all the time whether you use an ADS or are able to hang or stretch every day. Toughening comes from time lapses. As the hangers say ride the fatigue.

Agreed. Beyond that, I don’t know, although I think Monty makes a very compelling argument for no (or at least minimal) breaks with length work.

I do some sort of length work (hanging, stretching, low erection jelquing, ADS) everyday, although not always the rigorous hanging sessions that I would with more time.

With regard to girth work, I think breaks are useful as I’ve noticed my unit is more responsive (achieves greater expansion) to subsequent girth work if there has been a day off between sessions. After a day off of girth work, my unit is ready to go at it again like a 2 year old dog is ready to go play at the park, without the day off, its like a 20 year old dog that wants to sleep on the couch.
