Stretching only

Has anyone has any good gains with a streching only routine? Or mainly stretching and light jelqing? If so how long were your sessions and did you stretch the ligs or tunica?

I have only been PE’ing for about 3-4 months, but I gained 1/2 inch from stretching only my ligs manually in 2 months. My sessions were about 45 minutes long and six days a week.

Anybody else?

I would reccomend at least a few minutes of jelqing at the end of the workout (before your warmdown of course) just to restore the circulation. Anyways, my first month, I did 20 mins of jelqing and I gained about .25” in girth and legnth. It’s my second month, and I’ve cut down my jelqing to 10 mins so that I can spend more time stretching, and it does look like I have gained even more legnth this month.

wonder about that too… as I only stretch…

I have gained length from just stretching, you just have to be consistent about it.
