I read that when you stretch, you have to pull the foreskin back, to prevent from pulling the skin instead of the penis itself. However, whenever I do my stretches the foreskin does move forward and I can’t get it to stay in place. It keeps shifting. So I think I’m simply stretching the foreskin, and not the penis. This happens while my hands and flaccid penis are dry. What is your advice?


NBPEL = 6 (27/4/04). Aiming at 7 inches for now.

Use something to maintain a good grip. I always used a cut up T-shirt. Others use plastic gloves, baby powder anything that make the grip secure.

When you grip, roll back the foreskin and create the grip directly behind the glans (I wrapped the T-shirt and then gripped). Try using an overhand OK, locating the webbing between thumb and forefinger directly over the center top of the shaft right behind the glans.

As you tension up the stretch, extert grip pressure mostly on the sides of the penis.
