stretching problem

With stretching when I try to pull my skin rolls up with the pull and i find my fingers where gripping reach the head ring without much of a stretch. So, I tryed pulling from the top of head i found it too sensitive etc and I think if I do this I might lose some of my sensitivity in head?

What else can i try?

It sounds like you’re either gripping too far behind the head or not pulling the skin down toward the base before gripping. Pull the shaft skin back away from the head to create some skin slack.

Then grasp slightly behind the head using your thumb and forefinger. You can add your middle finger if you like. I prefer an overhand grip (pinky away). Have a little blood in your head - not too much. You’ll learn the right amount with practice.

what do you mean “have a little blood in your hand?

If you squeeze a little blood towards the head you have a little more resistance to your stretch for grip.

Also try putting some baby powder on your hands when stretching.
