Hi,
When i stretch i usually get a grip on the skin on my shaft, just below the head. I feel the tention at the base of my penis near where my pubic hair starts.

I think that i might be stretching my skin rather than my ligs, im not sure. Its possible that i am stretching both and all my efforts arent just going towards stretching the ligs.

How can i know? Am i stretching properly?


Gained 1 inch length finally! the first big step in my PE time :D

Now: Erect Girth 5.00" - BP Erect Length 6.00"

Start: Erect Girth 4.90" - BP Erect Length 5.00" ---- Thats an increased volume of 2.384 cubic inches!!!

Hi,

I am getting great results from stretching, about 1.75” in BPFSL in less then 5 months.

I understand from vets that ligs are important but in the long run is stretching the tunica that counts.

If your grip is sufficient strong for grabbing not only the skin but also the inner penis ( the tunica ) it is OK, and according the directions you will stretch more the tunica or more the ligs.

To take some pressure off the ligaments, you can make a ‘V’ sign with two fingers of your free hand (i.e., middle and index fingers) and use them to push down on either side of the shaft at the base. This should emphasize tunica stretch.

I thought that most of the gains from stretching were from stretching the ligs?
