If you just do regular stretching techniques will they make any permanent gains?

There are a number of members here ( no pun intended ) who have made some nice gains solely from manual stretching .

I think the main determining factor , regardless of what type of exercise you choose , is consistent long term dedication .

Hey All,

Where should I feel the stretch? In the tendons at the base of my penis or in the shaft? Or both (don’t know how).

From regular stretches, you should feel it at the ligs. I, but take in case that I stretch for 1.5 years daily, hardly feel a thing anymore.

Several advanced exercises like the two way stretch and the invented v stretch let you feel it in the middle of the shaft.
