Stretching Strength
Hello all,
I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a few weeks now and I was just wondering with
The stretches how hard I should pull the stretch
Cause it is the newbie routine do I want to just do light stretches to start to make sure
I don’t wake up with a lifeless doodle from it being overworked too quickly
Or should I go for the good stretch feel and just go to a point before pain, not right before pain but
Comfortable,
Just asking these questions because I have a habit of causing myself to have a dead penis from
Overtraining and over stress ,
And when kegeling while stretching, should I stretch hold kegel but try and keep penis extended and
Not let the kegel bring it in a bit or will this be a good way to over stress my penis
Any help will be greatly appreciated
