I used to have this also.I get some turtling when pulling upward.I have done hours of long Upward holds.I like the sensation of stretching the perineum area.I Don’t know but I always heard that upward stretches,stretch the tunica which is the girth limiter so I have put most emphasis on tunica stretching.I find that it gets used to it like everything else I guess.I can’t believe how much abuse I can put my junk threw now

Just a thought: how about upward stretching and then preventing turtling by use of an extender for 8 hours or an ADS? Anybody any thoughts on if this would improve length, by holding it back from turtling. Would this:

1. Cause the cremaster muscle to work over-time, get exhausted, and then relinquish its pull on the penis allowing it to be extended more effectively. OR

2. Cause the cremaster muscle to have a workout, thus increasing is strength over time allowing it to more effectively turtle the penis (i.e. pull it even further inside)?

I know this is a older thread but I’m having the same issue.

Even just minimal stretching upwards doesn’t feel as good as downward and I always turtle after pulling upward .

Now, at full erection I’m also just below 90* , I was under the impression upward pulls would help me with that and make erection higher. But I’m not sure if it’s worth it now.

Should I just avoid upward stretching or keep at it and it may get easier ?

I upward stretch to try to get my glans to reach my belly button height. Never had a problem. Also upwards fulcrum with my wrist between belly and dick…also no noticeable turtling.
