Stretching with some degree of erection

Does stretching with any degree of erection help or hurt. I’ve been mostly stretching 100% flaccid on the Newbie Routine but I have stretched occasionally with about a 20-30% erection, really just in a mild “plumped” state.

Any of you vets see any benefit from stretching with any degree of firmness (and how much) or is 100% soft the way to get the most out of stretching?

First goal: 6"x5"

Long Term Goal: 8"x5¾"

There is no benefit to stretching with any sort of engorged/erection. Stretching while 100% flaccid is the way to go. It is much more beneficial to stretch a rubber band than it is to stretch a steel rod.
