What are the BEST stretching exercises? Thanks.

I find doing the DLD blasters with a modified V strech and JAI’s to be the most affective.

You need to read up more, read through old posts and also do some searches (jim has kindly given you some good keywords). Read the LOT theory too.

Starting a thread with only one sentance that does not show you have done your homework will seldom get a good response, if you are more specific you will get better answers.
