Stretching
Hi Guys, Right ive been doing manual stretchs now for a few days, and when im streching i can feel like a strong thin strip down the top of my shaft is this the tendon that i need to strech im just wondering if im hitting the right place. I get like an ache in it after a while, does this sound right.
Also after ive done the stretch would it be good to make a device to keep it sretched or will it make no difference really, and input on this would be good.
