Stretching?
I’ve read the getting started forums and all, but I just started jelqing and whatnot last night.
I’m doing what the manual says, minus the kegers and all. I just wanted to know what exactly stretching is? I thought it was just stretching out the penis from side to side while one hand grips the base and the other sort of “bends” it, but I’m not sure. I just want to add length, my girth is almost 6 inches, so I think I’m good there. I’m just looking for a gain of maybe an inch or 2 at the MOST.
My routine is this, so far:
5 min hot wrap (rice sock)
5 min stretching (the one I read about in a diff. site)
5 min jelqing
5 min hot wrap
After a week or 2, I plan to do:
5 min hot wrap
5-10 min stretching
10 min jelq
5 min hot wrap
Then I’ll just add onto the jelq. Should I be going the stretching if I don’t want to add girth?
Also, I was thinking about using heavy duty rubber bands for the base for say….20-30 min a day, but that would be girth also, wouldn’t it?
