Stretching
I am new to the form and have been waiting to join. Glad they up the membership.
I have had several questions. I have limited time to do any types of exercises and most of the stretcher would not work at my job. I think the only one that would work is the ADS on my leg. I have a question about a routine I have been doing and was wondering if you guys think it will work.
I made a home made stretcher like the one Z made.
I wear this twice a day about a hour each session
I also stretch and jelq twice a day for about 15 to 20 minutes
I do this in the morning and evening.
I want to know if you think this is enough or am I just wasting my time. I would really be hard for me to do more then what I am doing do to the time issue.
