Stretching

When using my extender it is difficult to keep fully stretched out before fastening.. How much does this make a difference?. (And what if is only 80% stretched out)-

Honestly pull your pens through the noose, strap, etc. and fasten it down… depending on the extender use your adjustment screws to have it pull you out slightly… always make sure to ease into a stretch… make sure you warm up first aswell… and if you can’t pull far enough to fasten behind the glands do several minutes of light manual stretching with constant heat at the angle the extender will be pulling at

Well thats what I do.. Its just that by the time I get it fully fastened I wouldn’t say I’m fully stretched anymore.

OK that’s fine… just increase the lengthening screws on either side to the aquired lengths… take it slow though please…
