Stuck on gains
Hey guys ! Finally I seem to be slowing down on length gains. It’s kinda disappointing specially after a good run. Looks to me I need to change my routine . My current routine is :-
10 Mins Hot wrap
15 mins manual stretching or
20x2 sets of 10lbs hanging
30 mins jelqs
5 Days on 2days off
If you guys can make a suggestion or two Id be glad to work on it. I just don’t wanna stall my length gains.
