Stupid question

It’s been a while but I was wondering if you could see natural gains with out using any supplements

Of course you can. All you need are the exercises, determination and time.

It is. In bbing you can use steroids but you can also grow being natural. PEing is the same thing.

What kind of supplement are you talking about?

The only thing that I take that comes close to being a PE supplement is L-Arginine. Other then that I take vitamins and fish oil and because I weight train, I use a protein powder to help with muscle recovery and growth.

If you are talking about a penis pill that adds 3 inches in 3 months, well, they just don’t work and are a total waste of money.

Travis I dont use any supplements at all and have seen 1/2” gain in bpel and eg in 3 months. Stay focused and dont overdo it. In PE more is not always better.

Pe does not work don’t waste your time on it. Just take the magic pills and you will gain an inch per month easy!
